"A Celebration of Hope" Service Held To Pray for Parishes, Parishioners


The Albany Province sponsored prayer services entitled A Celebration of Hope in the Albany and Syracuse Dioceses to pray for hope, courage and guidance during this difficult time of merging, consolidating and closing of many of our parishes.

The Sisters welcomed clergy, religious from other congregations, family members, friends and parishioners at each location. The prayer services were held on the following dates and at the following locations: May 7, Provincial House; May 13, St. Mary’s Church, Oswego; May 13, St. John the Evangelist Church, New Hartford; and May 14, St. James Church, Johnson City.
