ALBANY -- When it comes to rocking out, Mary Anne can rock out with the best of them.

"She appreciates every genre, you name it," said Jake Dietrich of Live Sound Inc. "I played in a punk hardcore band and she said it's one of her favorite bands she's heard."

Mary Anne heads the music industry program at The College of Saint Rose and is actually Sister Mary Anne Nelson. She's the last of the teaching faculty of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet. They founded the college in 1920.
